As the authorized liaison for Universidad de Salamanca (USAL) in Pakistan under Agreement Reference USAL-INT-PK-2024/09, we collect candidate information solely to evaluate academic eligibility and prepare admissions dossiers. This includes:

• Personal Identification: Full name, passport number, birth date, and email address.
• Academic Records: HEC attested degrees, transcript evaluations, English/Spanish proficiency certificates, and CVs.
• Contact Details: WhatsApp number, physical mailing address, and resident details.
• Consular Preparations: IPREM solvency calculations and consular document pre-audits.

2. How Your Data is Secured & Shared

Your dossiers are private. Student documents are securely stored in a cloud database and are only accessible by our senior institutional advisors.

We share your data strictly with the following authorized entities:

• Universidad de Salamanca: Secure transmission of admissions applications directly to academic departments.
• Consular Sworn Translators: Official Spanish sworn translators (Traductores Jurados) to translate your degrees/certificates.
• Embassy of Spain / Consulate General: Direct review support during your visa dossier preparation.

We never lease, sell, or monetize candidate data. All tracking records in the Student Portal are encrypted and strictly queryable via official candidates' secure references.

3. Compliance with Spanish RGPD

In accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales de España), you have full rights to:

• Request a copy of your compiled admissions dossier and records.
• Request immediate correction or updates of your personal details.
• Request the permanent deletion of your inquiry and assessment history from our systems.
