1) Vanguard European Education does NOT grant degrees independently; all academic degrees are conferred exclusively by Universidad de Salamanca. 2) Admissions decisions are determined solely by USAL academic faculties. 3) Visas are determined solely by the Consular Section of the Embassy of Spain in Islamabad.
